 Shipping Speed and Process

We are dedicated to ensuring that your orders are shipped out as quickly as possible. In normal circumstances, if all the items in your order are in stock, we will dispatch the package within 4 days. Often, it can be even faster. However, if there are items out of stock, a delay of around one week might occur. During peak times like new product releases and holidays, please allow for a bit more processing time. Once your package is sent to the post office, we no longer have direct control over its journey, but we will always provide you with a tracking number so that you can monitor its progress.

Shipping Destinations and Restrictions

We have the ability to ship to almost any address worldwide. Nonetheless, it should be noted that there are limitations for some products. Some items may not be suitable for international shipping. We have warehouses all over the world. The delivery time usually takes 7 to 10 working days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Method and Freight Charges

Our shipping method mainly adopts air freight, which ensures relatively fast delivery. The standard freight charge for each shipment is $15. However, we offer free shipping for orders that exceed $99.99. That means, if your total consumption reaches or exceeds this amount, you will enjoy free shipping regardless of your location around the world.

Additional Shipping Considerations

Note that in rare cases, there could be delivery delays and the delivery time of the package might be longer than the listed times. Unfortunately, this is beyond our control. In some cases, customs procedures may cause delivery delays. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returns. The shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. We will only cover the shipping costs when the item is damaged and needs to be replaced. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. Please consider that our products are mainly sourced from overseas, which is why delivery may take some time. We are not responsible for undelivered packages (due to incorrect addresses). However, as long as we receive proof within 5 days after receiving the goods (as explained in the refund section), we can assist with lost or damaged items and packages during transit.
