There are no cargo insurance products

For customers who choose not to have (freight insurance), keep in mind that there is a risk that the product will not be delivered to your doorstep. If, after 60 days, you still haven’t received your order, we’ll escalate the matter to our Level 2 support team and refund your money without any questions asked.

If your order is over $80, we highly recommend that you opt for our freight insurance option so you can track your order at any time until it arrives at your doorstep.

How DO I  RETURN AN ITEM?

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return an item, please contact us within 45 days from receiving your order.

 

Please provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our customer service team will review the return request and will send further instructions if the return is approved.

 

Only items purchased directly from https://shop-fa.shop will be accepted. For products purchased from authorized retailers, please get in touch with them directly for returns.

Returned items must be in original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and documentation.

 

Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in the acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange. Products that have been personalized cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

Non-returnable items include items purchased through retailers, incorrect products purchased, and damaged products through customer mishandling.

 

Returns made without a receipt may be refused. shop-fa.shop reserves the right to deny any return.

 

 

What if I receive a defective/incorrect/damaged item?

Proof of purchase

Videos or photos of the faulty product (if applicable)

Full shipping address

In some cases, you may be required to attach a video or photo of the defective product as proof in order to refund or replace the product.

How long does the return process take?

It may take up to 14 business days to process returns from the date we receive your return. Once your return has been processed, we will send you an email to confirm.

Full or partial refunds depend on the circumstances.

When will I receive my refund?

All refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 14 business days of receiving the return or cancellation request. For questions about when the credit limit will be credited to your account, contact your card issuing bank.

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Be sure to include your order number and the changes you would like to make, and we will confirm them once they are complete.

Please note that any orders that have been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

 

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
